Lily is growing up, with help from Queck Baby!

Standard

Lily eats with her hands. It is most unladylike. She especially enjoys smearing whatever she is eating in her hair. We often have avo baths, or jungle oat baths or even yogurt baths! Most of what she eats lands up either in her hair, up her nose or on the floor. In short? Mealtimes in the Richards house are a messy messy messy fiasco. I often feel like I should be wearing a bib, because I land up full of food as well! So when Melinda from Queck Baby sent us the Toddler cutlery to try out, I was very skeptical. I thought Lily would be getting a new chew toy that would most likely land on the floor covered in mash potato. I never thought it would be used for its intended purpose. I am happy to report that I was totally wrong! We showed Lily how to hold the fork and she took to it so quickly. Her co ordination isn’t great yet (she is only 13 months old) but she was feeding herself as best she could! I was flabbergasted. She held onto the fork the whole meal, digging it into her noodles and trying to feed herself. The following night we used the spoon and she fed herself mashed potato!

The Toddler cutlery comes in four different colours, turquoise, orange, green and raspberry. It is Microwave and dishwasher-safe, contains no BPA, Phthalates, or PVC. The handles are made with anti-slide material for a better grip.

Queck Baby  has the most amazing range of baby and toddler goodies , the Moccis are adorable and the chew beads are the perfect solution for a teething baby! I am thrilled to have discovered this website and Lily is as well!
